Refund policy
We accept returns of products/merchandise purchased from the Underdog Coffee Company website.
If the item is in new/unused condition you may send it back for a refund at your own expense. Returns must be sent back with tracking within 21 days of delivery.
We’ll process the refund for the item/s when it has been delivered to Underdog Coffee Company. We’ll send a confirmation email once we’ve processed the refund.
Returns are the customer's responsibility until received by The Underdog Coffee Company. Returns are not applicable for sale items.
We do not accept returns of coffee beans/grounds as this is a fresh product and we package all of our coffee fresh to order. If the bag of coffee is an error on our part, we’ll replace it for the correct order
